How do I apply?

Applying for a spot on our award-winning team is simple. When you find a job that matches your skill set, just click “Apply now.” If you are a new applicant and this is the first time visiting our job board, you’ll need to create an online account/profile in order to apply. Rest assured, it’s an easy process and one that allows us immediate access to your application the moment you apply. If you’re a returning applicant, proceed directly to the log in. Once there, upload your resume/CV. You will receive a confirmation email once you have successfully applied.

I applied, what are my next steps?

Once we receive your application, our recruiting team will go to work, meeting with hiring managers to assess all candidates for each open position. If your application is selected as a match for one of our open jobs, a member of our team will reach out to you and set up an interview.

The job I applied for is no longer there, what should I do?

If you’re not able to find the job you already applied for, that position is no longer active. You can submit your resume to our general inquiry for future considerations.

Interview and offer

What should I expect during the interview process?

The interview process is one of our best opportunities to get to know you. It’s also the chance for you to get to know us and hear about our amazing culture. Many times, you will meet with the hiring manager and often, you’ll talk with other team members. During the interview, you’ll be asked questions about your academic and work experiences and get the chance to ask some questions of us. We suggest you review our website before the interview to get familiar with what Laser Spine Institute does and who we serve. You should also have a good sense of which CHOICE value you think you may bring to our award-winning team at Laser Spine Institute and be prepared to offer examples of your past achievements and successes.

What happens after the interview process?

Once you’ve interviewed for a position, our recruiting team meets with the hiring manager to determine if you’ve been selected as the candidate we would like to hire. If this is the case, you’ll receive an offer letter from our recruiting team via email. This letter will state how much time you have to respond to our offer and give you specific instructions on how you should respond in order to accept or decline the offer we’ve made. All offers of employment at Laser Spine Institute are subject to candidates successfully passing a thorough background check to verify all employment history as well as a drug test.

Post-offer and orientation

I went through the interview process, received and signed my offer letter. What are my next steps?

Candidates who successfully complete our pre-employment screening process will be officially invited to join our team. You will receive information on our orientation, which you be will required to attend and participate in the very first day you start with us. A teammate from our Human Resources department will reach out to you within 72 hours of the offer letter being signed and guide you all the way up to your first day at Laser Spine Institute.

What is my schedule for my first day?

Your first day at Laser Spine Institute will be an exciting and invigorating one. During our new teammate orientation, you’ll get the chance to learn about our incredible culture and hear about the life-changing moments we provide to those seeking relief from debilitating neck and back pain. One of our caring teammates from Human Resources will reach out to you before your first day to provide a schedule, location and directions as to where you should report. Orientation will last a full day, ending around 4:30 p.m. Lunch and snacks will be provided.

What do I wear on my first day?

First impressions are lasting ones. While we want all new teammates to be comfortable during the orientation process, we ask that you wear business casual clothing. For teammates working in Medical Operations, Laser Spine Institute will provide scrubs. Clothes should be neat, clean and exhibit a sense of professionalism. Should you have any questions regarding our dress code, please reach out to your Human Resources representative.

I see a job that would be great fit for a friend and/or family member. How do I refer them?

While viewing the job description, click on the “refer a friend to this job” button, located under “apply for this job”. Enter the required information and share the position.

I don’t see an open position that fits my skill set but I’d like to be considered for future opportunities. What should I do?

We encourage you to set up an account through our online portal and apply to our general requisition. Once you do, our recruiting team will review your resume and reach out when a position that matches your experience and skills becomes available.

I was referred to one of your positions but was not selected. Will I be still be considered for other jobs in the future?
