Senior Vice President of Operations
With more than two decades of expertise in the fields of health care and technology, Keith Fulmer is on a mission to set and exceed the standard of care Laser Spine Institute is known for. In fact, as the Senior Vice President of Enterprise Operations, Keith’s bold and innovative strategies have helped the organization create a personalized path of care that’s effective, efficient and provides an exceptional patient experience.
Thinking differently has always come naturally to Keith. And his “out of the box” mindset got him noticed as someone who could deliver a positive impact for our patients. In his former role as Laser Spine Institute’s Senior Vice President of Information Technology and Innovation, Keith paved the way for a more streamlined delivery of Laser Spine Institute’s clinical care model. Today, he leads and inspires more than 400 teammates in our seven state-of-the-art facilities to carry that same commitment of care to great new heights.
In addition to overseeing medical, corporate and clinical operations for Laser Spine Institute, Keith provides strategic direction to the team responsible for managing patient flow. He says what drives him are the dozens of patients whose lives we changed yesterday, as well as the ones whose lives we’ll change tomorrow.
Before joining Laser Spine Institute, Keith held key leadership roles at a variety of health care and technology organizations. He served as Vice President, Healthcare Advisory and Chief Technology Officer for Hielix, Inc. and as Executive Vice President, Healthcare Solutions for Kforce, Inc.
Keith earned his Master of Health Services Administration from Strayer University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Information Technology from the University of Phoenix. He is a certified Project Management Professional.
When he’s not coming up with new ways to improve the lives of our patients, Keith finds joy in the quality time he spends with his two children, his hobbies like boating and building furniture, and playing baseball with his sons.
