Chief Marketing Officer
As Chief Marketing Officer, Briley Cienkosz is responsible for Laser Spine Institute’s corporate brand, corporate communications and integrated marketing efforts. In her role, she strives to ensure that our patients — past, present and future — have access to the information they need to make informed decisions about their health care. Briley’s leadership has helped develop and define Laser Spine Institute’s voice through public and patient relations and education, branding and marketing and social media.
Throughout her tenure at Laser Spine Institute, Briley has been an integral part of implementing the company’s first DRTV (direct response television) campaign. She also helped launch four of the seven ambulatory surgery centers for the organization.
As part of Laser Spine Institute’s commitment to community involvement, Briley oversees all internal communications, community relations efforts and philanthropic initiatives. Briley was named a Tampa Bay Business Journal Up & Comer in 2013 and Tampa Bay Business Woman of the Year in 2012.
Briley began her career in the athletic industry working with such recognizable brands as the Adidas Group. While there, she was part of the Executive Management Program.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in marketing from Southern Illinois University (SIU) and her MBA from the University of Wisconsin. While in high school and attending SIU, she captured the American records for the 25 km, 15 km, 10 km and 5 km open-water swimming events. Briley values quality time with her husband and enjoys exploring the beautiful waterways of Tampa Bay.
