Laser Spine Institute makes guest appearance on "The Doctors" talk show.
Episode broadcast to national audience of more than 2 million.
Laser Spine Institute appeared on the syndicated talk show “The Doctors,” from Stage 29 and CBS Distribution, to tell the story of Kate’s incredible journey with innovative, minimally invasive spine surgery. The episode featured the patient alongside Chairman of Surgery Emeritus and founder Dr. James St. Louis, D.O., who performed the outpatient procedure just two-and-a-half weeks before the show.
Dr. St. Louis explains, “We are proud to be able to show on a national stage how our procedures help patients across the country. We see this as a true milestone for the company, representative of our mission to educate suffers about the incredible advances in spine procedures.” Return to LSI website

Kate's Story
Kate’s procedure required an incision less than an inch and was easily covered with one small band-aid. The sight of her barely visible scar completely amazed the audience, especially when compared to traditional open back surgery’s five- to six-inch incision. Dr. St. Louis’s narration told how Kate’s procedure required no hospital stay and how these procedures typically last about an hour, incredibly the same amount of time it takes to watch the program. Due to these minimally invasive techniques, this type of spine surgery permits a much faster recovery than traditional spine surgery.
Jodi Soper
Also featured in the upcoming episode is Jodi Soper, a former Laser Spine Institute patient who was present at the taping of “The Doctors” show. She talks about her experience with endoscopic spine surgery, and how much relief she has experienced more than three years after her procedure.
