NASS (North American Spine Society) is a medical organization that encourages research and education to foster ethical spine care. The organization boasts more than 5,000 members from a number of medical fields, including psychiatry, physical therapy, neurosurgery and more. This member-driven organization promotes legislative advocacy for doctors and patients, provides patients with information on spinal conditions and their treatments, and publishes a variety of educational materials.
Patient Resources
NASS provides information on spinal conditions and treatments to medical professionals and patients alike. All of the materials published by the organization undergo an extensive review process to ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date. NASS educates patients on the following topics:

Physician Resources
Spine specialists can earn continuing medical education (CME) credits through a variety of courses offered by the organization. NASS also provides hands-on training in a state-of-the-art bio-skills lab.
