January 2009 - My name is Jerald Browning, I live in Great Falls, Montana and I had Lumbar Surgery at LSI.

I was absolutely amazed at the results of the surgery that was done at LSI. It was far better than I ever expected. The surgery was done on Friday morning, and Saturday morning, I was walking pain free. This is the best I have felt in the last seven years. I would venture to say that half the success of this surgery was due to the staff itself. In all my years I have never enjoyed a medical scenario as I did at LSI. The staff was the most compassionate, helpful and caring group I have ever encountered. When I was finished, I felt as if I'd spent time with a compassionate, caring family. Thank you so much LSI.

January 2009 - My name is Darold Jones, I live in Sylvan Lake, Alberta and I had Cervical Surgery at LSI.

I suffered from chronic neck, shoulder and arm pain for months. I was only able to get temporary relief. Then I heard about LSI and I haven't looked back since. The cervical surgery was very successful in relieving the pain almost instantly. Recovery time was minimal. Every aspect of LSI was extremely professional and accommodating. Thank you LSI.

January 2009 - My name is Louis Golka, I live in Camrose, Alberta and I had Lumbar Surgery at LSI.

I was diagnosed with severe spinal stenosis 12 years ago. I waited six months in Alberta for an MRI and finally went to a private clinic and had one done. I was on the waiting list for 2 years to see a specialist, and when he did see me he told me there was nothing he could do. In 2004, while I was wintering in Arizona, I went to the Mayo clinic. They evaluated me and my MRI and told me they could operate and take a piece or vertebra out and my rehab would be a full year. In 2007, I inquired on the internet to LSI in Tampa Bay, Florida. They responded and I sent them my MRI report. Their reply was very encouraging and I was in the process of setting up an appointment for evaluation at Tampa Bay when I recieved a newsletter in the summer of 2008 saying LSI would be opening a clinic in Scottsdale, Arizona. I immediately set up an evaluation date for November 8th. My evaluation went well, and the surgeon, with the help of my MRI was able to see the stenosis that made my right leg go completely numb after 10 minutes of walking or standing. The surgeon, Dr. Michael Weiss, set my surgery date for 1/15/09. I had no hesitation because my condition was deteriorating and I felt that I would soon be in a wheelchair and still have the constant pain. The surgery went well. Went to the clinic at 6:30 am. I was on the table at 8:45 am. After a brief stay in recovery I was back at my home in Surprise, Arizona by 1 pm. I had no pain as soon as I got off the operating table. The clinic gave me some pain killers to take, but I have had no pain and did not take them. Many thanks to Dr. Michael Weiss and the wonderful, professional staff at LSI in Scottsdale, Arizona. They have given my life back.
