As a retired nurse, when my back problem became severe, I knew that I did not want the traditional orthopedic fusion of my 6 lower vertebrae and 12 hours of general anesthesia. So I got on my computer and was lucky enough to find LSI. This was the best medical experience that I have had in my medical health treatments my entire life. LSI does not only do what others can't do as far as fixing your spinal pain and problems, but do so with extremely caring staff; excellent physicians, nurses, therapists and all other employees. I had my surgery on Wednesday, March 11, 2009 and Dr. Flood was my surgeon. Before my surgery, I was unable to bend over and pick up anything off the floor and had lots of pain getting up and down. Less than 24 hours after my surgery, I was pain free and continue to be...I am looking forward to therapy, joining a gym, walking outside on non-icy surfaces and strengthening my back so I am able to golf this season...Thank you Laser Spine Institute.
