I am recovering extremely well. Actually, I just started rock climbing again for the first time since my initial injury almost 10 years ago! I've also had a great start to my renewable energy business, and am starting to import and distribute a line of very high-end small scale wind turbines from Scotland.

Before I came to LSI and had my neck fixed, I couldn't sleep through the night, I would wake up all through the night with moderate to severe pain in my neck, and and only way I could sleep at all was flat on my back with no pillow. Now I sleep regularly through the night, mostly sleeping on my side. I also no longer have twitching muscle spasms as I fall asleep, something that used to plague me nearly every night.

Most important to me though, and definitely the biggest effect on those around me is that I no longer live in pain. I have occasional stiffness and soreness, like if I train too hard, or jar myself doing something stupid, but day to day, hour to hour - I am a pain free man. I can't tell you how grateful I am that the universe put LSI in my path last 4th of July out here in Jackson Hole - before then , I had very little hope of ever again leading a normal life, free of pain, without medication. Now, thanks to the docs at LSI, I am enjoying the quality of life I had once considered out of reach. Thanks to the docs that worked on my neck - without it, my life was starting to have very little meaning to me - chronic pain does that. Chronic pain robs you of joy, and in my case of hope because it never stops or goes away, it just gets a little better- then a little worse.

I hope to get some pictures soon of myself enjoying the sports I have come to love - kiting, skiing, snowboarding, climbing, and kayaking.

Until then, I am hard at work selling and installing wind turbines, and consider myself the luckiest and most grateful man alive!
